My commitment: I am committed to making beautifully crafted jewelry. Because it is all handmade there will be slight variations from photographs. Colors of stones are difficult to capture in a photograph and will vary with each computer screen. My goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchase and my work is guaranteed as long as I am working as a goldsmith.

Ordering: All jewelry on my site lists the karat gold that works best for each piece. If there is a reason you would like a different karat of gold, please ask. If you are particularly tough on jewelry, you might want your ring made of 18k instead of 22k. All prices are subject to change due to the fluctuation of the gold market.

Custom Orders: Any piece of jewelry that you order from this site in your particular size or that is made to custom specifications is considered a custom order. A custom order cannot be returned. Custom orders require a 70% deposit and take between 2-8 weeks to fulfill. Please let me know if you have a special occasion and I'll do my best to meet your deadline. Please use the contact page to begin the conversation about a custom order.

Returns: An item bought directly off the site without customizing can be returned within 10 days of your receiving it as long as the piece is returned insured and in perfect condition, with receipt and insured. Please call before you send the item.

Repairs: My hope is that you will wear your jewelry and enjoy it. Occasionally, through normal wear and tear a piece will need repair. I am happy to repair the piece. Any defect in workmanship will be repaired at no charge. If you lose an earring or step on an ear wire there will be a charge for repair or replacement which will be determined in advance. There will be a charge for ring sizing. Please contact me to discuss the repair before sending the piece.

Payment: Payments are made through PayPal.

Shipping: For gold items I ship via USPS Registered mail. It is a very secure way to ship and the item must be signed for by the person who placed the order on your end. For the other items on this site, USPS Express mail is a good way to go and may be a day or two faster. If you need me to ship via UPS or FedEx that can be arranged, just send me an email requesting another shipping option. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address of the buying cardholder.

International orders: At this time I am only shipping to US addresses.

Gift wrapping: All orders are wrapped as a gift. Wrapping will vary according to whim.
